As with most of Perry’s workshops, his primary goal is to encourage participants to approach landscape painting with an experimental attitude and the idea that, “It’s only ten bucks worth of materials. Have some fun. Colour outside the lines!”

For those wanting to improve the impact of colour in their paintings, this workshop will consist of information, exercises, and feedback both in and out of class.
Registration opens in December.
For all Weekend Workshops, you must pre-register and prepay.

Weekend Workshops are NOT run on a drop-in basis. Those that register for the workshop are expected to attend each day of the workshop. We encourage you to make note of any workshop that you have registered for in your calendar. A reminder email will go out in advance of the workshop.
When you register, please note the cancellation policy, timelines for cancellations and administration charges.
Please Note: If the workshop is full you can submit your name to be added to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified.
If a Weekend Workshops is provided via Zoom the link will be forwarded to you a day or two prior to the session.
Workshop Refund Policy
Once a payment has been made and a confirmation email has been issued a place in the workshop(s) will be reserved for the registrant. If a cancellation is requested the following applies-
One or more month prior to the date of the workshop: the registrant must contact the workshop chair to initiate the cancellation and refund. The amount of the refund will be the registration fee paid minus a 10% administration fee. (paid via Square).
Less than one month prior to the date of the workshop: no refund is made unless a replacement is found to take your place in the workshop. To initiate a cancellation the participant must first notify the chair who will seek a replacement from the wait list. If there is no wait list the participant will have the opportunity to find a replacement.
If a replacement is found the participant will receive a refund of the fees paid minus a 10% administration fee. If a replacement is not found the fees paid are not refunded.
Please note that if we do not have a minimum of 8 registrants for a workshop, the workshop will be cancelled. If a workshop is cancelled by SSWRAS a full refund of the registration fee will be paid to the registrant.
Emergency cancellation will be handled at the discretion of the Workshop Chair.
