Plein Air 2026 begins May 12th at The Glades

 Our Tuesday morning Plein Air activity is non-instructional, informal and planned for your

comfort. Our painting locations are chosen for ease of parking, washroom accessibility

and scenic value. All members are welcome to attend the sessions. Most sessions are

free, with a few locations requiring a small cash fee. On Tuesdays you bring your painting

supplies, a bag lunch and maybe a chair to the published location. We are watercolour

painters, oil painters, pastelists, sketchers, and photographers. All are welcome. Our

usual start times are between 9 and 10am. We gather for lunch at around 12.

The locations, dates, times and any fees required will be published on the

SSWRAS website. You can click on MEMBERS and then find PLEIN AIR.

We will also have printed lists of the upcoming sites available at the

locations. Please do not expect weekly email updates. If there is an urgent

message required we have a way to do that.
